Conditions of Return


Goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt to request a replacement or refund. The cost of shipment is at the customer’s expense.  After 14 days from the receipt of the shipment, there is no right to return your order.


To return goods please note the following procedures:

  • The product should not have been worn except to try on. Nor should it have any damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
  • The product labels must not have been removed or damaged in any way.
  • No parts should have been removed from watch bracelets or any modifications made.
  • All product accessories such as box, warranty, operating manuals and proof of purchase should be returned, as all of the above are part of the product.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on seasonal gifts such as Charms, Christmas and Easter items etc.

We do not accept the return of earrings for reasons of safety and hygiene.

Items that have obvious signs of use are not accepted.

Special orders or customized to order cannot be returned.

Please return the product by courier: ACS Courier, Geniki Taxydromiki or Speedex.

The product is to be returned in a safe packaging, to protect from damage during transportation. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during return transport of the product.

We inform you that we do not bear any responsibility for any damage and wear of the products after their use and in no case are we obliged to replace, except in the case where the goods are found to be faulty.

Only the manufacturer is responsible for replacement and any form of product repair. For the best service of our customers, we undertake the transport and collection for repair of products to and from each manufacturer; however the repair costs and shipping costs are borne by our customers where the customer is at fault.


Items not meeting the following conditions will not be accepted for return or refund:



If the product is received in unworn condition with no damages and the terms and conditions of its return are met, as detailed above, the return of the product will be accepted.

In case a replacement product is not desired, a refund will be processed within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return at our headquarters.  Refunds are made according to your method of original payment.

In the case of payment by credit card, and if the company has received the payment from the bank, we inform the bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will take any necessary action.  Once we have informed the bank, we have no further responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the rebuttal, which is regulated by the contract concluded between the issuing bank and the customer.

If the payment was made by deposit in the bank account of the company, the refund is made by deposit in the customer's account. The customer should inform us via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. of their account number (IBAN), the bank in which the account is held and the name of the beneficiary as it is written in the account. For security reasons, the beneficiary of the refund must be the same person as that who made the original payment.

Caution! Refunds apply only to e-shop purchases and not to store bought items.
