GENERAL TERMS
Tzannatos Jewelers offers our customers the possibility of shopping domestically and internationally.
International sales are offered in selected items. Special orders for shipping abroad can be arranged with prior agreement.
Orders are sent to our cooperating courier companies after payment confirmation.
Orders are processed and dispatched daily, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification email.
All shipments are accompanied by relevant documentation. Where items are intended as a gift, please let us know so that we can accompany it only with a shipping receipt.

Shipping cost
Greece
The shipment is made through our cooperating courier companies.
- For orders under € 150.00 the shipping cost is € 7.00.
- Orders worth € 150.00 or more are sent free of charge.
- For items weighing more than 2 kg or larger items, there may be an additional charge.
The listed prices include VAT.
Cyprus
The shipment is made through our cooperating courier companies.
- For orders under € 200.00 the shipping cost is € 15.00.
- Orders worth € 200.00 or more are sent free of charge.
- For items weighing more than 2 kg or larger items, there may be an additional charge.
European Union
Shipping is via DHL, FedEx, EMS.
- For orders under € 400.00 the shipping cost is € 20.00.
- Orders worth € 400.00 or more are sent free of charge
- For items weighing more than 2 kg or larger items, there may be an additional charge.
- For any special shipment, customers should contact Tzannatos Jewelers, to agree prior to ordering, the shipping options of the cooperating courier companies abroad and their costs.
The listed prices include VAT.
International - Non European Union
Tzannatos Jewelers will make a prior agreement with the customer in to arrange shipment options and their cost.
The final price includes taxes; however our store is not responsible for any customs charges or duties that may be imposed by any country outside the EU.
DELIVERY TIMES
Greece
We aim to dispatch orders to the courier company within 1 to 3 working days from the confirmation of your order.
From the moment of delivery to the courier company, it is estimated that your order will be delivered to the address indicated, within 1 to 3 working days within Greece.
For areas classified as "inaccessible" by the courier company, this time may vary.
Shipment is always planned according to the availability of the product, which is indicated on the item page, or notified to you via email.
The above times may differ when conditions of force majeure occur.
Tzannatos Jewelers Reserves the Right:
- To refuse to process orders where it deems the information given to us is untrue.
- To modify the prices of products; however this will not affect the prices of items which are purchased before the date of price change.
- To modify shipping terms and charges at any time.
It should be noted that there may be some deviation from the appearance of the product from its digital photograph in our online store.
